Amazon is disingenuous in their rating. It allows users to rate everybody, except themselves. Mostly Amazon is great with delivery, resends and after sales, but when they are not, what's a poor customer to do? Pass on the pain of course. By inserting reviews of Amazon inside the review space of a product puts indirect pressure on Amazon to fix things or suffer sales loss. You should try reading the customer feedback for Amazon's FT subscriptions

Now, it ain't fair, but game-theoretically it's wise. Sure, you the poor writer, end up as the fall guy in the middle, but that's just the nature of the game.

I have your book in my reading list, but between reading all the analyses and other highly recommended books I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Ignore the 1-star reviews and click to ask for removal of reviews (Report this) that are clearly not about the book itself.
