I disagree with Goldstein on some things, but am bummed he lost this case – I think these rules are ridiculous.

    That cash management service sounds pretty featureful, kind of like having a treasury trading desk in your savings account…

    Good point about Goldstein's case. The amount of wide ranging trouble you can get in by answering the simple question “what should I invest in for my 401k” is pretty ridiculous.

    Ok, Blackstar endorses a Stop/Loss strategy. Exactly what do they recommend? There are a gazillion ways to design a stop/loss strategy. I've been using a Trailing stop/loss based on a percentage typically over 10%; more for more volatile securities. Exactly what would Blackstar or others advise?
